Job Description and Responsibilities

Hotel Operations Management: Assisting the General Manager in formulating and implementing the hotel's operational strategies and goals. Overseeing and guiding the daily operations of various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Department Coordination and Management: Coordinating cooperation among different departments, ensuring collaboration and improving work efficiency. Supervising and directing department heads to execute work according to established standards and service quality.

Customer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with important hotel clients. Handling customer complaints and issues, taking appropriate measures to resolve them. Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving for repeat business.

Hotel Budget and Financial Management: Participating in the formulation of the hotel's budget plans. Monitoring and controlling the hotel's expense expenditures. Ensuring the achievement of financial goals and providing relevant financial reports.

Employee Training and Development: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development plans of employees. Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge, and improving their performance and career development.

Hotel Marketing and Promotion: Participating in the formulation of the hotel's marketing and promotional strategies. Driving hotel brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance the hotel's reputation and market share.

Crisis Management: Responsible for developing and implementing emergency plans. Dealing with emergencies or urgent situations to ensure the safety of hotel employees and guests.
