OIBC’s History... The company was formed in late 1978. It was located in the Toronto down-town commercial area.At this point, OIBC was moving up steadily in the Chinese Insurance market. After a few years of steady success OIBC was taken under new management, and since that time the business has been growing every year.2008 will be OIBC’s 30th anniversary and since then have launched our new website as you can see.We have been proudly located in West Beaver Creek Road for over 15 years.
